JEWELLERY

​To preserve your jewellery, avoid getting it wet, and do not wear to bed.

Over time your clay jewellery and brass components may become discoloured. I have made a  blog post detailing how to clean them.

RESIN COASTERS

​All resin coasters have a top layer of Heat Resist resin to preserve the coaster against marks from hot mugs and scratches.

Keep clean by wiping with a damp cloth or household wipe. 

Do not put in the dishwasher.

CHEESE/CHARCUTERIE BOARDS

​Do not put in the dishwasher.

Handwash only with very light soapy water.

Do not leave to soak in standing water.

Treat wood with food safe mineral oil/food grade cooking oil often. This will stop your board from drying out and help restore its natural colour.

Top resin layer is food safe and non-scratch but should not be used as a cutting/chopping surface.

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.

Estimated dispatch time is 3-5 business days.

​I do my best to meet these delivery estimates, but cannot guarantee them as I work full time.

 

Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose/public holidays/where you live.

I gladly accept cancellations. Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase to receive a full refund.

To comply with UK returns guidelines I offer refunds if you inform me within 14 days of receiving a product. You then have another 14 days to return the item (at your own expense). I will then refund you within 14 days of receipt of the product.
